BS/2 staff have received certificates which allows to maintain CINEO self-service devices
Employees of BS/2, have taken part in training sessions arranged by the German company Wincor Nixdorf, one of the world's largest manufacturers of self-service equipment and have obtained CINEO certificates.
CINEO, the name of the self-service equipment line for banks and retailers created by the Wincor Nixdorf Company, comes from CI for Cash Intelligent plus NEO, which means ‘new'. This is a new generation of self-service equipment for managing cash turnover operations. According to BS/2 Senior Engineer Jaroslav Сerniavskij, providing customer support and maintenance is an inseparable part of this equipment's operation in the market.
Jaroslav Сerniavskij continues: "The appearance of this new generation of self-service equipment in the market would be unimaginable without customer support and maintenance. Our participation in training sessions, the examinations we have passed and the CINEO certificates we have obtained will ensure that we can professionally look after CINEO line equipment, which is increasingly chosen by clients due to its convenience and security".
The certificates obtained by BS/2 staff are evidence that these engineers are qualified to look after CINEO line ATMs and automated cashier safes and that the company is qualified to provide support services that meet international standards. The BS/2 Company constantly strives to heed international quality requirements - as demonstrated by the fact that the company is ISO 20000 certified, which guarantees the highest quality in BS/2 support services for technical support and software monitoring.
